Recurring Payment Terms

1. What Are Recurring Payments

On the Seesell platform, we offer the option of a subscription plan that automatically renews every month. This means you don't have to manually extend your plan — payment occurs automatically based on your consent.

2. How the Subscription Works

After purchasing the Starter plan (199 CZK/month) or Agency plan (499 CZK/month), a recurring payment is established with a fixed amount corresponding to the selected plan. Collection occurs monthly on the same day you first purchased the plan.

The maximum monthly amount is 499 CZK. The amount is always fixed and depends only on the selected plan — Starter is 199 CZK, Agency is 499 CZK.

3. Your Consent to Establish Payment

Before purchasing a plan with recurring payment, you must check a consent checkbox. By checking it, you confirm that:

• you agree to establish a recurring payment for the purpose of Seesell plan subscription
• you acknowledge the maximum monthly amount corresponding to the selected plan
• you understand the monthly collection frequency on a fixed date
• you know that the payment can be changed or cancelled anytime via your account or email

4. How to Cancel or Change Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties and without giving a reason. Simply email us at info@seesell.cz or make the change in your user account at seesell.cz. After cancellation, no further charges will occur.

Changing your plan (e.g., upgrading from Starter to Agency) is also possible at any time — contact us by email and we'll adjust the settings.

5. Payment Data Security

All payment data is processed exclusively by the GoPay payment gateway, which meets the strictest international security standard PCI-DSS Level 1 — the highest level of security in the financial sector.

Seesell does not store card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment information. Your data always remains secure with the certified payment gateway.

6. Protection Against Unauthorized Payments

Before each scheduled collection, we will notify you by email so you are aware of the upcoming payment. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us immediately at info@seesell.cz and we will investigate the transaction.
