2. Service Description

Seesell is an online platform for listing and searching shared housing in the Czech Republic. The service enables:

• Creating, managing, and extending shared-flat listings
• Searching and filtering housing listings on an interactive map
• Direct communication between listers and applicants via an internal chat
• Paid subscription plans and one-time listing extensions

3. Pricing & Plans

3.1 Subscription Plans

• Free — 2 free listings, 30-day validity, no monthly fee
• Starter — 5 listings, 199 CZK for 30 days
• Agency — 15 listings, 499 CZK for 30 days

Starter and Agency plans are one-time payments for 30 days. After the period expires, the account automatically reverts to Free (2 listings). Users may purchase a new plan at any time in account settings.

3.2 Listing Extension

Each listing (including free ones) is valid for 30 days from creation or last extension. After this period, listings can be extended by 7 days for 70 CZK. Price includes VAT.

3.3 Plan Changes

Plans do not stack — purchasing a higher plan replaces the previous one. No prorated refunds are given for the remaining period.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed via the GoPay a.s. payment gateway. The gateway supports card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and instant bank transfers. Prices are quoted in Czech koruna (CZK) including VAT (21%).

After payment, an electronic invoice (tax document) is automatically issued and sent to the user's email address. The invoice includes document number, issue date, due date (14 days), price breakdown, and VAT amount.

5. Plan Expiration & Renewal

Starter and Agency plans are one-time payments valid for 30 days. After expiration, the account automatically reverts to Free (2 listings). Users may purchase a new plan at any time in account settings.

After the paid plan expires and a 7-day grace period has passed, the account reverts to Free. All listings exceeding the 2 active listing limit will be deactivated.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the nature of the digital service provided (immediate activation of plans and listing extensions), it is not possible to withdraw from the contract and request a refund within the 14-day period pursuant to Section 1837(a) of the Civil Code.

Exception: In case of a technical error on the platform side (e.g., payment processed but service not activated), the payment will be refunded in full within 14 days of complaint filing.

7. Complaints

Complaints regarding service quality or technical issues may be filed at info@seesell.cz. Complaints will be resolved within 30 days of filing. In case of a justified complaint, the user will be compensated through service extension or financial refund.

8. Liability

Seesell is not a party to rental agreements concluded between listers and applicants. The operator is not liable for the content of listings or the conduct of users. Maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user in the last 30 days.

9. Final Provisions

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. All disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. Users have the right to contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) in case of disputes.

These terms and conditions are effective from July 19, 2026.
